Tired of all the baloney with weight loss, fat-burning pills, and wannabe diets? Are you to the point where you just want something to work so badly? The truth is that there is a way to lose weight safely, inexpensively and without the hassle…..truly there is.
Literally this is one of the fastest and easiest ways to lose those extra pounds that just irritate you. It is a diet keeping all the tasty foods, safe, low discipline and very, very easy. It is the 11 day diet!!!!

Have you heard the rave? Everyone is talking about this 11 day diet. Does it work? Is it for real? By looking above I think most thoughts would say that this is just another scam t get our money. And seriously it does look sketchy. If someone told me that I could lose 9 lbs. in 11 days by completing the 11 day diet I would think that they were full of it. So I decided to compel a little research on this thing to stop the good folks that use the Internet (all 6 billion of us) from getting themselves into another false diet. Well after doing some challenging research here are the stunning details.
The 11 day diet is based on caloric shifts. What is that? It is actually shifting our calories that we intake when we eat. What does it do? It makes our body get creative and in motion. Because we are shifting the intake of these calories our metabolism then takes off and stats to burn fat as energy instead of the calories. This fat that is burned is burned on at relatively rapid pace and we can see results very quickly.
There are two hormones that are released into our blood stream when we eat. These two hormones actually burn fat. Now here is the neat part. If we eat the correct food at the correct time we can maximize our results (fat burning) by controlling these hormones.
You may be asking what type of results. Well, our body is a lot more willing and agreeable to burn fat instead of put it on. It will actually do everything it can to resist putting fat on. The 11 day diet has been known to create amazing results in a relative short amount of time. Just one point this is not a quick fix. To change your body and weight you must change your habits first. But if you want quick results the 11 day diet might be your answer.
This diet has often been termed as idiot proof. Well it is if you follow the plan. What it actually does is confuse your metabolism, by mixing up the amount of calories you eat each day. It then causes your body to burn fat faster…….and that is what we all want!!!! See your metabolism kind of runs like a motor. The rate and the type of food we put in our bodies are like fuel to the motor. Now, if you put bad fuel into the motor it will run poorly and it you put it in at the wrong times it also runs poorly. So, if you put good fuel at the right rate what do we have….a high performance machine. Same with our bodies, if we put in good food periodically at the right rate then our motors (metabolism) will run like a high performance machine. My neighbor eats all organic in small amounts every 2-3 hours. Then on the weekend he drinks (a lot) and eats crappy. (i.e. pizza, hamburgers…basically whatever he wants) He never wakes up with a hangover or sluggish from the food or alcohol. Why……because his metabolism is running on high levels 95% of the time due to his diet and when he ingests all the alcohol and fatty food it burns right through him. That is the power of your metabolism and the secret to the 11 Day Diet!!!!
Here is what is also really cool about this diet. You don’t have to eat like a health-nut for it to work. You get to keep chicken, cheese, bacon, eggs, beans, sausage, milk, tuna, turkey, nuts, coffee, some soda, ketchup, mustard, BBQ sauce basically for 11 days and then you get a 3 day break eating whatever you want. How cool is that. Plus it is relatively inexpensive and easy to fix.
HERE IS WHAT IS AMAZING…IT IS A DIET THAT WORKS WITHOUT GOING SUPER HEALTHY AND YOU CAN KEEP A LOT OF YOUR REGULAR FOOD HABITS….AND IT IS NOT EXPENSIVE!!!
