11 Day Diet Revealed

     The 11 day diet has been known to create amazing results in a relative short amount of time.  Just one point this is not a quick fix.  To change your body and weight you must change your habits first.  But if you want quick results the 11 day diet might be your answer.
This diet has often been termed as idiot proof.  Well it is if you follow the plan.  What it actually does is confuse your metabolism, by mixing up the amount of calories you eat each day.  It then causes your body to burn fat faster…….and that is what we all want!!!!  See your metabolism kind of runs like a motor.  The rate and the type of food we put in our bodies are like fuel to the motor.  Now, if you put bad fuel into the motor it will run poorly and it you put it in at the wrong times it also runs poorly.  So, if you put good fuel at the right rate what do we have….a high performance machine.  Same with our bodies, if we put in good food periodically at the right rate then our motors (metabolism) will run like a high performance machine.   My neighbor eats all organic in small amounts every 2-3 hours.  Then on the weekend he drinks (a lot) and eats crappy. (i.e. pizza, hamburgers…basically whatever he wants)  He never wakes up with a hangover or sluggish from the food or alcohol.  Why……because his metabolism is running on high levels 95% of the time due to his diet and when he ingests all the alcohol and fatty food it burns right through him.  That is the power of your metabolism and the secret to the 11 Day Diet!!!!
     Here is what is also really cool about this diet.  You don’t have to eat like a health-nut for it to work.  You get to keep chicken, cheese, bacon, eggs, beans, sausage, milk, tuna, turkey, nuts, coffee, some soda, ketchup, mustard, BBQ sauce basically for 11 days and then you get a 3 day break eating whatever you want.  How cool is that. Plus it is relatively inexpensive and easy to fix.
HERE IS WHAT IS AMAZING…IT IS A DIET THAT WORKS WITHOUT GOING SUPER HEALTHY AND YOU CAN KEEP A LOT OF YOUR REGULAR FOOD HABITS….AND IT IS NOT EXPENSIVE!!!
