Sausage, eggs, turkey, baked beans, Chicken, Cheese, Shrimp, Halibut, Apples, peanuts, bacon, cottage cheese, tuna, ham milk, macadamia nuts, oatmeal, yogurt, soda, ketchup, BBQ sauce, salsa, seasoning, and cold cuts….look like the buffet line at the nearest casino or the menu from the local truck stop?  No… this is actually the ingredients of the 11 day diet.
This diet is about quick, easy and real results without changing the food that you eat now.  What we are doing is actually training your brain to make healthy choices without even knowing your doing it.
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 Here is how it works.  Your body is smart…real smart to put it correctly.  If we ingest 1200 calories per day, then our metabolism will adjust to burn 1200 calories a day.   If we ingest 2500 calories per day then our metabolism will adjust to burn 2500 calories a day.  To effectively burn the fat we all want to burn we need to trick our metabolism.  To do this we need to shift our calorie intake so our metabolism is running on high and burns more fat.   If we do this we will see the results we are looking for.  Our bodies will literally burn fat at a rate that will blow your mind!!!  Let’s get into some of the details so we know more about this diet. 
Here is what this will include:

-Meals will alternate between protein rich and carbohydrate rich foods
-4-6 meals/ day with no limit on calories…your discretion

Meal 2  Delicious Shrimp, Chicken
Meal 3  Ham Slices, Bacon Strips, Baked Beans
Meal 4  Roast Beef Slices, Broiled Halibut, Mixed Vegetables
Meal 1  Deli-Style Meat Sandwich
Meal 2-4 Fresh fruit chosen from Oranges, Pears, Apples, Grapes, Peaches, Plums, Strawberries, Kiwis and Grapefruit
Meal 1  Turkey Slices, Cottage Cheese
Meal 2  Broiled Sea Bass, Hard Boiled Eggs
Meal 3  Walnuts, Tuna Salad Plate, Fresh Peaches
Meal 4  Low Fat Milk, Delicious Shrimp
